Black garlic comes from a natural transformation process: when white garlic is exposed to a heat treatment lasting several weeks, it caramelizes and completely loses its strong flavor, leaving a soft texture in the mouth with umami, sweet, roasted and balsamic notes.
Simply reduced to a smooth purée, black garlic is ready to be added to your appetizers, sauces, marinades and much more!
