Returns and exchanges
Due to the food nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Therefore, all of our products are on final sale.
Damaged products or error in the order
If despite all our checks it slips through an error in your order or a product is damaged when it arrives, we invite you to take a picture of it and write to us at info@racinesboreales.ca in order to ask for a replacement or a refund. Your request will then be processed within a maximum of 72 business hours.
Package refused at time of delivery
If the package is refused at the time of delivery, the costs already incurred will be deducted from your refund.
