I'd like to know how to cook one of your products.
Each product page contains a section called Preparation, with lots of cooking tips. Consult it without moderation! If you still have questions, don't hesitate to contact us via the chat module or by e-mail.
Are your products organic?
The certifications for each product are displayed on their individual pages. In the case of wild-gathered products, it's difficult to obtain organic certification because the picking sites change from one season to the next, but these products are still hand-picked from the wild. It doesn't get much purer than that!
Do your products have health benefits?
Many of our products have numerous virtues, but what really interests us is their taste, because our playground is the kitchen. If you'd like advice on the medicinal aspects of some of our products, we recommend you consult a health professional.
Do you ship fresh or frozen products?
To preserve their freshness as much as possible, we don't deliver them, but you can choose to pick them up in-store at our fine grocery on Ontario Street.
Do you pick all of your products yourselves?
We've chosen to surround ourselves with experienced professional pickers, who work according to the highest standards and, above all, with respect for the resource. Our network of gatherers crosses Quebec and even Canada, enabling us to offer you a wider range of products from a variety of regions, from the forests of British Columbia to the shores of the Gaspé Peninsula.
I have allergies. How do I know if I can use your products?
Each product page contains a list of ingredients. Just look it up! Please note that our facilities handle allergens such as nuts and mustard.
Where are your products from?
It depends which ones! Each product page includes an Origin section that you can easily consult to find out where a particular product comes from, or you can rely on the Aliments du Québec or Aliments préparés au Québec certification that appears on the product pages.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Respect for the environment is one of our core values. Our wild-picked products respect the principles of responsible harvesting, and eating locally helps reduce the greenhouse gases generated by the transportation of goods.
We carefully pack your orders in compostable, recyclable or reusable packaging.

I've placed an order and I'd like to know its status. How do I do this?
If applicable, you can use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Almost all orders are shipped with a tracking number - except those that fit a traditional postal envelope.
I made a mistake in my delivery address. What should I do?
Contact us as quickly as possible.
When can I pick up my in-store pickup order?
As soon as your order is ready (usually within 24 hours), we'll send you an e-mail to let you know you can pick it up. If the 24 hours have passed and you still haven't received the e-mail, check your junk mail folder. If the e-mail isn't there either, contact us.
Can you send my order directly to the person I want to give it to?
You bet! Simply enter your recipient's name and address as the delivery address, and your own as the billing address. We can even add a note to your gift - just ask in the cart notes!
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If applicable, you can use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email to validate the status of your delivery. Almost all orders are shipped with a tracking number - except those that fit a traditional postal envelope.
If your order should have been delivered but wasn't, please contact us.
Delivery and returns
Our small team prepares your orders as quickly as possible so that your products are on your table without delay! We pack everything in the most environmentally-friendly packaging possible.
How long does it take to process an order?
This is the time that elapses between the moment you place your order and the moment we ship it. We always work as fast as possible, but we reserve 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Thank you for your patience!
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
In Quebec, shipping is free on orders of $115 or more. For all other orders, shipping is $12.99.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Not at the moment.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
