Shipping policy

We currently deliver only in Quebec.

Free shipping on all orders of $115 or more before taxes.

Shipping fees are $12.99 anywhere in Quebec.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is processed and are indicated at checkout. We reserve 1 to 2 business days for order processing.

We prioritize carbon-neutral or eco-efficient delivery services when available.

In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed by the recipient and returned to the sender, new shipping costs will be charged to the customer to resend the package.

Fresh or frozen products

Fresh or frozen products are available for pickup in store only.

Our fresh products are delivered to us once a week. Once we have received your fresh products, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. We thank you for your extra patience for these products, which we want to guarantee are fresh!

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is free and takes place at our local grocery store located at 4317 Ontario Street East in Montreal. When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email and you can then come by at your convenience during our business hours.

Please note that you have 30 days to pick up your order, after which your items will be returned to inventory and refunded, minus a $15 handling fee. For orders under $15, no refund will be issued.
