Minashkuat is a vinegar inspired by the woods and forests surrounding the producer's cellar, as well as the various native plants found in abundance in Quebec.
Since the producer does not follow a recipe for this product, each batch is unique, resulting from a blend of different fermentations and/or macerations, and represents in some way the synthesis of his work for a given period.
