This dry sausage is made from lean, noble Quebec pork (22% fat). The addition of whole filberts to the mixture delicately releases its aroma during curing.
FOUDUCOCHON uses only pork from Viandes du Breton. Their organic farming meets the highest standards of animal welfare (Certified Humane). The pork is fed organic feed that is GMO-free and free of animal by-products.
