Farmhouse cider from La Capsule Temporelle, made by co-fermenting their apple cuvée with elderberries from Les Sureaux d'Irène. The nose offers cranberry, apple and fresh strawberry, while the palate is lively and thirst-quenching, carried by supple tannins and gentle fizz. An easy-drinking, fruit-forward cider, perfect for a summer aperitif, brunch or sunny gatherings. Serve chilled, between 8 and 12 °C.
