Raw Spring Honey

$12.95

340 g

Raw and unfiltered spring honey harvested in Ferme-Neuve, in the Laurentians. With a beautiful golden hue, it captures the floral and fruity character of the first weeks of foraging — dandelion, cherry blossom and wild strawberry — with notes of beeswax on the palate.

Never heated, this honey retains all of its naturally present pollen, propolis and wax. It crystallizes within a few weeks of harvest: a sign of pure, unprocessed honey.

Delicious by the spoonful, on fresh bread or cheese, in a vinaigrette or to sweeten an herbal tea.

We are transforming local culinary culture

to put North back on the plate

The North,

It is the land here that nourishes us, from the forests to the fields to the Saint-Lawrence. It is our connection to the cycle of the seasons.

It is a community of farmers, fishermen and artisans who put their know-how at the service of our food and our gourmet pleasures.

In return, we highlight the fruit of their work through the exceptional condiments that we create and our selection of local products, in a spirit of short supply chain and respect for the environment
