This classic summer honey, with its golden color and clear, liquid texture, has been cold extracted, then filtered and liquefied at low temperature. This process preserves the aromas and properties of the honey while obtaining a liquid consistency.
Harvested at the end of July, the taste of this honey reveals the bloom from which it comes. White clover, linden, cruciferous plants and raspberry share the main notes. However, it is also composed of the nectar of the many wild flowers of the Hautes-Laurentides region. In terms of taste, the linden tree also reveals a hint of its almost minty freshness.
