Bean-to-bar dark chocolate, strawberries and Quebec royal kombu
This tablet is made with 51% milk bean-to-bar chocolate from Chaleur B, in Gaspésie.
With its slightly sweet taste, we really find the flavors and subtle notes of the bean. Neither all sugar nor all chocolate. We can clearly feel the fruity notes. The subtle taste of the haskap berries further enhances the pleasure of tasting this chocolate.
The Chaleur B team works directly with small cocoa producers, creating a short supply chain and improved traceability. It carefully selects cocoa beans that express distinctive characteristics, revealing the best of each of the terroirs from which they originate.
This captivating chocolate awakens the senses with its captivating aromas of tropical fruits, golden honey and roasted nuts, offering a dazzling and slightly tangy taste experience.
All this, combined with the powerful flavor of freeze-dried strawberries and the umami of royal kombu, a seaweed native to our region, creates a veritable flavor bomb.

The North,
It is the land here that nourishes us, from the forests to the fields to the Saint-Lawrence. It is our connection to the cycle of the seasons.
It is a community of farmers, fishermen and artisans who put their know-how at the service of our food and our gourmet pleasures.
In return, we highlight the fruit of their work through the exceptional condiments that we create and our selection of local products, in a spirit of short supply chain and respect for the environment
