A remarkably refined whole bean coffee sourced from Sancoffee, a B-Corp certified Brazilian cooperative bringing together 20 farms. Harvested in the Campo das Vertentes region of Minas Gerais at 900–1200 m elevation, this blend of varieties (Yellow Catucaí, Mundo Novo, Red Catuaí, Topázio) delivers notes of brownie, hazelnut, and cream. Natural process. Roasted in Quebec by Zab Café Torréfacteur. Sancoffee achieved carbon neutrality in 2020 and supports 600 producers with a commitment to sustainability and community impact.
