Récolté dans la région de Campo das Vertentes au Minas Gerais à 900–1200 m d'altitude, ce mélange de variétés (Catucai jaune, Mundo Novo, Catuai rouge, Topázio) offre des notes de brownie, noisette et crème. Procédé naturel. Torréfié au Québec par Zab Café Torréfacteur. Sancoffee a atteint la neutralité carbone en 2020 et soutient 600 producteur.rices avec un engagement envers la durabilité et l'impact communautaire.
