Farmhouse cider co-fermented with local haskap berries by La Capsule Temporelle. These northern berries bring a generous nose of haskap, blueberry and raspberry. On the palate it is round and full, with gentle sweetness, medium bubbles and a refreshing acidity that keeps everything bright. A colourful, easygoing cider, ideal for the aperitif or alongside a fruit dessert. Serve chilled, between 8 and 12 °C.
