The Mi-Noir Blend is Nordik's tribute to the Italian tradition of strong, generous coffee. The only coffee in the lineup to contain 25% Robusta, it stands out for its bold character. The Robusta used, Kaapi Royale, is grown in the highlands of Karnataka, India: very low acidity, caramelized notes, and a long dark chocolate finish. This blend pairs beautifully with coffees from Ethiopia (Harrar), Colombia, and Sumatra for a balanced profile, just as enjoyable in filter as in a creamy latte.
