Organic flavoured sparkling cider from Clos Saragnat, a pioneer of natural cider in Quebec. Brut, it blends cider with a maceration of Vidal grapes and passerillé (dried-grape) Vidal, giving it a luminous coppery hue and delicate notes of ripe fruit. Its fine effervescence comes from bottle conditioning, for a living cider that keeps evolving over time. Made from apples and grapes grown without chemical pesticides or herbicides, with no added sulphites. A natural sparkling cider full of nuance, perfect as an aperitif or with cheeses and fruit-based dishes.
