Pêle-Mêle réserve est un assemblage de six cépages blancs élaboré par le Vignoble L'Arpège, à Dunham.
Après dix mois de vieillissement en fût de Bourgogne, ce vin blanc dévoile des arômes floraux mêlés d'ananas confit, de miel, de pâte d'amande et d'abricot mûr, avec des nuances de noisette torréfiée.
En bouche, il se distingue par une rondeur soyeuse et une fraîcheur équilibrée. L'étiquette porte la signature de l'artiste Caroline Monnet, dont l'œuvre « Kìwedin » illustre cette cuvée.
