A craft root beer brewed in Québec by Boissons Tadam (formerly Cactus Kombucha). This non-alcoholic root beer blends maple syrup with a bouquet of botanicals — sarsaparilla, chicory, wintergreen and sweet clover — enhanced with Québec-harvested chaga. The result: a drink with woody, comforting notes, lightly sweetened with stevia. Made with organic ingredients, free of artificial flavours and gluten-free, it contains only 6 g of sugar and 29 calories per can. A northern take on the classic root soda. Serve well chilled.
