Fin Soda's Disco de Verano is a sparkling non-alcoholic cocktail inspired by the Spanish Tinto de Verano. Made in Montreal, it deconstructs the aromas of Spanish red wines using about ten carefully macerated ingredients. The result is a drink with notes of ripe red fruit, citrus, and spices, with delicate tannins. Refreshing and sophisticated.
