We have built a network of professional foragers across Québec and Canada that allows us to let you taste the flavors from the four corners of our province and country. We also work with a few producers of northern berries and local vegetables, dedicated people who are passionate about their product and who work with care. They have the necessary permits to pick certain plants that require them, such as Labrador tea.

Carefully selected for their impeccable quality, all our products are hand-picked or grown by truly passionate small producers. This is fantastic material for sustainable and thoughtful culinary creation. It is also an opportunity to contribute to building the collective edifice of our Québec culinary identity by forging it from its own products.

Retailers

It is often at the restaurant that we discover Northern local products, after which we want to reproduce the experience at home. This is where retailers come into play.

A rapidly expanding niche, our products represent a great opportunity to diversify the delicatessen offering by offering consumers local and refined flavors, presented in eco-responsible packaging (recyclable or compostable).

Corporate gifts

Our goal is to allow you to offer your employees, customers or business partners original gifts that are aligned with your corporate values. Our gift boxes made up of tasty local products are presented in packaging that is both elegant and sustainable. Our recyclable cardboard boxes are made in Québec, and are filled with paper straw that is also recyclable. The product bags are compostable or fully recyclable and made in Canada.
