This specialty coffee is the fruit of the passionate work of the Jardín de Aromas women producers collective, based in Carrizal, Alajuela, Costa Rica. The collective built their own micro-mill to control every step of production, from harvest to processing. The White Honey process yields a sweet and luminous cup with notes of brown sugar, vanilla, and red grape. Lightly to medium roasted by Nordik micro-torréfacteur, it is remarkably versatile — excellent as filter or espresso, black or with milk.
