La Rosée
La Rosée is a still cuvée by Maison Théier, carried by tea and honey. Fine and luminous, it unfolds notes of fresh raspberry, delicate cherry and hibiscus, in a silky texture and clean finish.
Designed for gastronomy, it pairs beautifully with salmon tartare, warm salad with smoked duck breast or red fruit clafoutis.
Made from spring water from the Laurentians, organic honey from Anicet and teas from prestigious terroirs, La Rosée preserves the richness of natural flavors without dealcoholization. Less than 0.5% alcohol, sulfite-free and less than 8 g of residual sugar per serving.
