Sparkling white piquette from Vignoble L’Arpège in Dunham, a winery housed in a former welding workshop — the source of its evocative name. Made from Frontenac blanc and Vidal grape pomace fermented with water and sugar, this light and lively cuvée develops natural carbonation in the bottle. The nose is floral and delicate; on the palate, an airy texture gives way to fresh, fruity notes characteristic of these two Quebec grape varieties. At 6% alc./vol., it’s the ideal summer drink for outdoor meals.
