Natural red wine from Vignoble Têtes au vent, a blend of Frontenac Noir, Frontenac Blanc, Marquette and Petite Perle. Made using 14-day carbonic maceration, then aged 7 months in stainless steel. Unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites. Deep ruby color with aromas of black raspberry, blackcurrant and black cherry. Fresh acidity and silky tannins lead to a lightly spiced finish. A free-spirited, expressive wine. May develop slight sediment.
