Cooking the North poster in collaboration with Laucolo
The Cuisiner le Nord poster is a celebration of local herbs and spices. It features 9 plants or parts of plants that grow around Québec and which benefit from being placed more often on our plates: wild rose (or rose hips), sweetfern, sweetfern catkins, Labrador tea, dune pepper, white sweet clover, sweetgale, staghorn sumac and balsam fir shoots.

Resulting from a fruitful collaboration between Racines boréales and Laucolo, this magnificently illustrated poster is both useful and beautiful. For each plant, preparation methods are indicated (grinding, infusing, immersing, reducing to powder, etc.). You will also find flavor pairings for each ingredient to make it easier for you to integrate these often overlooked products into your favorite recipes. Finally, some recipe ideas are also suggested (cookies, stews, vinaigrettes, etc.) to stimulate your imagination.

Delivery and details
The Cuisiner le Nord poster is shipped flat in a transparent and compostable protective envelope. It comes with a rigid cardboard box to prevent it from being folded during transport. Printed on cream-colored recycled cardstock, the poster is 11 x 14 inches in size. Please note that no frame is included.
