These elegant marinated mushrooms are presented in a golden oil perfumed with garlic and dune pepper. Previously sautéed and infused with sweetfern and sweet gale leaves, the oyster mushrooms have a melting texture, a gently tangy flavor and an herbaceous profile.

In each jar, you will find exquisite oyster mushrooms grown in Canada, slices of candied garlic, as well as dune pepper catkins that have become mild in taste.

Between the acidity of the mushrooms and the comforting flavor of the oil infused with dune pepper and garlic, we find a subtle balance that delights the taste buds every time.

Our marinated mushrooms are made in an artisanal way in Québec using more than 50% of Canadian ingredients.

Conservation

Our marinated mushrooms can be stored at room temperature, away from light, until the jar is opened. Once the jar is opened, they must be refrigerated and consumed within a week.
