Adoray is a soft, washed-rind cheese aged for 30 days. It is made from pasteurized milk from a herd in the Outaouais region. It has a slightly smoky, spicy flavor, a lactic taste, and a creamy texture. It is unique in that it is beautifully wrapped with a wooden strip.
