Artisanal vinegar with rose, dune pepper and elderberry - Métis

$19.00

250 ml

Métis vinegar is made from wild cherry vinegar (mainly black cherry), in which rose petals, dune pepper, elderberries and a little cloves are macerated.

Wild cherries are harvested on the artisan's property or nearby. They are transformed into wine by adding water from his well, organic cane sugar, and yeast.

This vinegar is the result of a reflection on the Indigenous, French, and British origins of the Québec nation, hence its name, celebrating the richness of this cultural mix. Its fruity, floral, and spicy flavors pay homage to our diverse roots.

We are transforming local culinary culture

to put North back on the plate

The North,

It is the land here that nourishes us, from the forests to the fields to the Saint-Lawrence. It is our connection to the cycle of the seasons.

It is a community of farmers, fishermen and artisans who put their know-how at the service of our food and our gourmet pleasures.

In return, we highlight the fruit of their work through the exceptional condiments that we create and our selection of local products, in a spirit of short supply chain and respect for the environment
