The smoke point of this oil is between 320°F and 460°F, so avoid heating it to high temperatures to preserve its truffle flavor.

Conservation

Store the oil in a cool, dark place away from light and heat. Close the bottle tightly after each use to prevent oxidation. Due to its high quality, some substrate may accumulate at the bottom of a bottle; it may be helpful to shake the bottle gently to resuspend the oil.
