Les après-midi sans fin (Endless Afternoons) is a unique wine-cider hybrid. This limited-batch blend combines a cider co-fermented with Radisson grape juice with an oak-aged strawberry cider.
The Radisson, with its natural aromas of strawberry and ripe fruit, naturally combined with the strawberry and elderberry cider, highlighting the fruity side of this blend.
Thanks to the high grape content and oak barrel aging, this blend boasts a supple tannic structure and lovely acidity. Enjoy it without restraint, like a light, ruby-colored sparkling red wine.
