Preparation

Set the small bag aside and empty the main bag into a saucepan with 2 tbsp of oil. Cook over medium heat for 30 seconds.
Measure 3 cups of water and gradually add until the rice absorbs the water, stirring every 3 minutes. Optional: Add 1/4 cup of white wine.
When the rice is tender, sprinkle with spices using the small sachet.
