This red table wine is made from estate-grown grapes, with 65% Lucie-Kuhlmann and 35% Marquette. The Lucie-Kuhlmann macerates gently for four days, while the Marquette is pressed directly. The wine ages for ten months in barrels, without filtration or the addition of sulfites.

This process produces a wine with light tannins and a pleasant texture, without herbal flavors. It offers ripe aromas and an accessible taste, with gentle acidity and a nice roundness thanks to its 13% alcohol content. A simple and seductive wine, perfect for accompanying your everyday meals.

We are transforming local culinary culture

to put the North in the center of the plate

The North,

It is the land here that nourishes us, from the forests to the fields to the Saint-Laurent. It is our connection to the cycle of the seasons.

It is a community of farmers, fishermen and artisans who put their know-how at the service of our food and our gourmet pleasures.

In return, we highlight the fruit of their work through the exceptional condiments that we create and our selection of local products, in a spirit of short supply chain and respect for the environment.
