The Foin d'odeur, with its creamy and melting texture and aromas of cream and mushroom, offers a balanced taste and lactic flavors of cream and fruit. Aged, it becomes more full-bodied and smooth.
It is named after a wild aromatic herb found abundantly on the lands of La Moutonnière (sweetgras). Considered sacred by Native Americans, sweetgrass is seen as the hair of Mother Earth.
