In the glass, the pale yellow color has golden highlights. The nose infuses notes of honeydew melon, brioche, and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate, the bubbles are ample and silky. They dissipate gently, giving way to a long, mineral, and ethereal finish.
This cuvée embodies the pinnacle of Domaine Bergeville's expertise in traditional winemaking. Since its creation in 2015, L'Intégrale has been the wine that has received the most meticulous care in the cellar. This care is evident first in the use of the finest grapes from the best plots, but also in the pursuit of excellence that led the winemakers to purchase their first barrel in 2019 to enhance the mid-palate. In terms of quality, it easily rivals the Crémants of Northern France. In mathematics, an integral means "the infinite sum of functions." For us, L'Intégrale represents the infinite sum of effort. It is undoubtedly the estate's most accomplished wine.
