Linen oven mitt
Linen kitchen mitt handmade in Montreal.
Linen is a natural fiber derived from flax stalks, an eco-friendly textile whose cultivation requires no pesticides, and every part of the plant is used in the processing. At the end of its life cycle, linen is biodegradable and recyclable, thus contributing to sustainable agriculture.
Linen fibers are extremely strong, ensuring a long lifespan for the mitten. The more you use it, the softer it becomes. It is also more absorbent than any other textile, dries quickly, and has antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties, making it perfect for sensitive skin.

The North,
It is the land here that nourishes us, from the forests to the fields to the Saint-Lawrence. It is our connection to the cycle of the seasons.
It is a community of farmers, fishermen and artisans who put their know-how at the service of our food and our gourmet pleasures.
In return, we highlight the fruit of their work through the exceptional condiments that we create and our selection of local products, in a spirit of short supply chain and respect for the environment
