L'irradieuse · Beer with sea buckthorn berries and elderflower

$7.50

L'irradieuse is the accidental poetry of a summer afternoon. It is the slanting sun bathing the golden stalks of wheat in the field. It is the vibrant orange of sea buckthorn berries, rivaled only by their luminous flavor. It is the intoxicating scent of elderflower floating in the warm air.

This is what happens when Microbrasserie du Presbytère and Racines boréales collaborate.

This exclusive brew, available in small quantities, is a refreshing wheat beer with a smooth texture that reveals fruity and floral notes. Cheers!

Sea buckthorn berries are small orange fruits with the acidity of lemon and the sunny notes of orange. This crop, originally imported from Eastern Europe and Asia, is now well established in Quebec's terroir.

Native to Canada, elderflowers grow in large white bouquets with a fresh, floral and sweet fragrance, sometimes associated with notes of lychee and green tea.

We are transforming local culinary culture

to put the North in the center of the plate

The North,

It is the land here that nourishes us, from the forests to the fields to the Saint-Laurent. It is our connection to the cycle of the seasons.

It is a community of farmers, fishermen and artisans who put their know-how at the service of our food and our gourmet pleasures.

In return, we highlight the fruit of their work through the exceptional condiments that we create and our selection of local products, in a spirit of short supply chain and respect for the environment.
