The holidays are like going a trip where you eat out every day. At first, it's fantastic, but towards the end, you can't wait to come home and eat home-cooked meals!
If, like us, you want to eat a little lighter after the many very rich holiday meals, but you have no desire to go on a diet or limit your taste palette either, you are at the right place! Here are our 5 recommendations:
1. Miso soup with boreal dashi broth
To transform our boreal dashi broth into miso soup, simply whisk in a little white miso, add cubes of soft tofu and a little nori seaweed. A light and quick meal, which can be prepared in around twenty minutes.

2. Salmon with juniper berries and fir shoots accompanied by creamy quinoa with lobster mushrooms
This recipe developed by ÉquipeNutrition's nutritionists-dietitians is not lacking in taste! Combining a salmon fillet with coniferous flavors with a risotto-style lobster mushroom quinoa, it's a complete and nutritious meal as well as being delicious.

3. Chicken drumsticks with wild mushroom rub
Here is an ideal recipe for a busy weeknight where you still want to eat a tasty meal. Our Wild mushroom and boreal spice rub brings tons of umami flavor to chicken drumsticks that cook quickly in the oven while you do other things!

4. Bagel with salmon gravlax
To prepare this delicious bagel you will need:
- Bagels (#TeamStViateur here)
- Fresh sushi grade salmon
- A jar of our gravlax spice blend
- At least 24 hours to prepare the gravlax
- Light cream cheese
- Lettuce and other toppings of your choice
Once the gravlax is ready, rinsed and patted dry, toast your bagels and spread them with cream cheese. Add the gravlax, lettuce and toppings and enjoy!

5. Grilled salmon, Enrou'Ta Hchrondi sauce (Nordic chimichurri)
Grill a beautiful salmon fillet in the oven with a little oil, salt and pepper, then serve it with Enrou'Ta Hchrondi virgin sauce, a local chimichurri flavored with sweetfern and dune pepper by chef Jérémie Jean-Baptiste of Mordu. Roasted butternut squash slices are a wonderful accompaniment to this meal.
